Refunds

Xaghri will give a refund if the four conditions below are met:

1. The manufacturer or Xaghri caused the damage or fault.
2. There is a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
3. The item is returned as soon as possible to Xaghri
4. Refunds will not be given on items older than one month from the date of purchase.

Exchange/Credit Note

Xaghri will exchange or issue a credit note if all four conditions below are met:

1. The item has not been worn and is in resaleable condition.
2. The item is returned to Xaghri within 7 days of purchase.
3. There is a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
4. The original labels are still attached.

How to return your order:

1. Please contact us, either by writing or preferably by email to tell us that you wish to return your product. You can do this at returns@nakedglove.co.uk please quote your name, address and reason why you wish to return the product

2. Returns address: Xaghri, Westaway Barton, Pilton, Barnstaple North Devon EX31 4JQ

Please enclose a note, quoting your original order number, also reason for return, and if looking for a replacement, what style, colour and size, you require.

3. You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging and must not use them. We cannot accept goods back that have been noticeably been worn, washed, ironed tumble dried or used.

4. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you organise postage that requires a signature when it arrives back here so you have proof that it was delivered.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until an employee of Xaghri has signed for the delivery.

Again if the products are of high value we advise making sure that they are insured for the retail price when retuning them, we make sure of this when we send them to the customer at no extra cost.

For lower value items please send by RECORDED post (up to £28.00 insurance), higher value use SPECIAL DELIVERY(up to £250 insurance)

Delivery

Stock items will be despatched within seven days of purchase.
All orders are dispatched 1st Class Mail, recorded delivery.

All deliveries within UK Mainland are delivered based on the following charges:-

Gloves - £2.50 p&p
Scarf - £5.00 p&p

If there any problems with your order, such as availability, the customer will be notified straight away.

We recommend all our products are Specialist Dry Cleaned. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged by misuse or by cleaning other than by our recommendations.
